COCONUT AND COCOA MUFFINS: Today I present to you super light and quick-to-make cocoa and coconut muffins.
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl, mix the flours, sugar, unsweetened cocoa, baking powder, and oil.
Gradually add the water.
Mix well without leaving lumps.
Place the batter into muffin cups and bake in the oven at 180°C for 30 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let cool before serving.
