- Juice of half a lemonto taste
Preparation

Dissolve the sugar in the water and stir.
- STEP 2 OF 6
Meanwhile, add the oil and stir again.
- STEP 3 OF 6
In another bowl, mix the flour and baking powder.
- STEP 4 OF 6
Combine the liquids with the flour and mix until you get a smooth batter.
- STEP 5 OF 6
Finally, add the lemon juice and zest.
- STEP 6 OF 6
Pour into the mold and bake in the oven at 180°C for 40 minutes.
