In a bowl, pour the flour and make a well in the center.
Add all the other ingredients to the center.
Mix from the center and then incorporate the flour, first with a fork and then with your hands.
Form a non-sticky dough and let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough with a pasta machine or a rolling pin.
Shape the chiacchiere and bake in the oven at 180°C for about 10 minutes.
