This recipe is typical of Carnival and I wanted to recreate it in a light version
First, mix the eggs with the sugar.
Then add the seed oil, baking powder, and rum flavoring and mix again.
Gradually add the flours and mix with a spoon.
Move to a surface and continue kneading with your hands.
Form strips and cut into equal pieces to form balls.
Place in the fryer and cook for 8/10 minutes.
