130ml - Dark chocolate chips
50g - All-purpose flour
100g - Whole wheat flour
100g - Potato starch
50g - Baking powder
1unit - Walnutsto taste
- Peanut oil
50ml - Pears
2unit - Eggs
2unit - Sugar

Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 6
First, cut one pear into pieces and one into slices and set aside.
- STEP 2 OF 6
Mix the eggs with the sugar.
- STEP 3 OF 6
Add all the other ingredients except the walnuts and chocolate and mix with the mixer.
- STEP 4 OF 6
Add the pear pieces, chocolate chips (leaving some aside), and walnuts, and mix with a spoon.
- STEP 5 OF 6
Place in a cake pan and top with pear slices, more chocolate chips, and more walnuts.
- STEP 6 OF 6
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 45/50 minutes.
