This recipe is out of this world, particularly suitable for breakfast or a snack.
First, cut one pear into pieces and one into slices and set aside.
Mix the eggs with the sugar.
Add all the other ingredients except the walnuts and chocolate and mix with the mixer.
Add the pear pieces, chocolate chips (leaving some aside), and walnuts, and mix with a spoon.
Place in a cake pan and top with pear slices, more chocolate chips, and more walnuts.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 45/50 minutes.
