Mix and dissolve the sugar in the water and oil.
Then add the sifted flour and baking powder.
Mix until a dough forms.
Roll out with a rolling pin and cut circles with a pastry cutter.
Form the base of your tartlets and fill with jam.
Make mini strips and then bake for 15/20 minutes at 180°C.
