Work the butter at room temperature by adding the sugar and salt. Gradually incorporate the sifted flour and cocoa.

Add the cocoa nibs and form a dough to be placed in the fridge to rest (wrapped in plastic wrap) for 2 hours.
Roll out and place in baskets and fill with the jam.
Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
