100g100g - Powdered sugar (or granulated sugar)

2units2units - Unsweetened cocoa powder

1Handful 1Handful - Peach jam

Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 5
Work the butter at room temperature by adding the sugar and salt. Gradually incorporate the sifted flour and cocoa.
- STEP 2 OF 5
Incorporate the eggs one at a time until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.
- STEP 3 OF 5
Add the cocoa nibs and form a dough to be placed in the fridge to rest (wrapped in plastic wrap) for 2 hours.
- STEP 4 OF 5
Roll out and place in baskets and fill with the jam.
- STEP 5 OF 5
Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
