  • Powdered sugar (or granulated sugar)100g

  • Peach jam1Jar

Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 5

    Work the butter at room temperature by adding the sugar and salt. Gradually incorporate the sifted flour and cocoa.

  2. STEP 2 OF 5

    Incorporate the eggs one at a time until you obtain a homogeneous mixture.

  3. STEP 3 OF 5

    Add the cocoa nibs and form a dough to be placed in the fridge to rest (wrapped in plastic wrap) for 2 hours.

    Roll out and place in baskets and fill with the jam.

    Bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
