  • Hazelnut flour45g
  • Sugar100g
  • Eggs2units
  • Oil90mL
  • Vanillato taste
  • Baking powder1Packet
  • Espresso coffee30mL
  • Instant coffee1Teaspoon
  • Dark chocolateto taste

Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 3

    Beat the eggs and sugar well until it becomes frothy and doubles in volume. Add the oil and yogurt.

  2. STEP 2 OF 3

    Add the now cold coffee with dissolved instant coffee. Add the vanilla and all the powders (flour, chopped hazelnuts, baking powder). Add chocolate flakes (also whole hazelnuts if desired)

  3. STEP 3 OF 3

    180° for 25/30m Tips: 👉🏻if you want, add a few whole hazelnuts along with the chocolate, I didn't add them to have a smoother and softer dough
