- Schaer gluten-free flour
500g500g - Lactose-free butter

200mL200mL - Raisins
80g80g - Pine nuts
50g50g - Candied citron
40g40g - Candied orange
40g40g - Dried figs

Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 4
Mix everything either with a fork or by hand. In one bowl, combine sugar and baking powder. In another, mix the liquids: milk, egg, and melted butter.
- STEP 2 OF 4
Combine the two mixtures and then add the candied fruit and nuts. Only add the flour at the end!
- STEP 3 OF 4
Create small loaves of about 83g and place them well apart on a baking tray, brush (if desired) with milk flavored with vanilla sugar or with dessert wine and sugar.

Bake at 180°C for 20/25 minutes
