  • Lactose-free butter165g
  • Sugar150g
  • Medium egg1unit
  • Baking powder1sachet
  • Lactose-free milk200mL
  • Raisins80g
  • Pine nuts50g
  • Candied citron40g
  • Candied orange40g
  • Dried figs100g
  • Walnuts100g

Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 4

    Mix everything either with a fork or by hand. In one bowl, combine sugar and baking powder. In another, mix the liquids: milk, egg, and melted butter.

  2. STEP 2 OF 4

    Combine the two mixtures and then add the candied fruit and nuts. Only add the flour at the end!

  3. STEP 3 OF 4

    Create small loaves of about 83g and place them well apart on a baking tray, brush (if desired) with milk flavored with vanilla sugar or with dessert wine and sugar.

  4. STEP 4 OF 4

    Bake at 180°C for 20/25 minutes
