- Caramel
- Schare mix c lactose-free flour
250g250g - Baking powder

3units3units - Seed oil
90mL90mL - Lactose-free cream
130g130g - Lemon juicea few drops
- Egg
3units3units - Sugar
220g220g - Sugar

Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 7
Combine the eggs with the sugar until frothy
- STEP 2 OF 7
Gradually add the oil, water, lemon, flour, and cinnamon
- STEP 3 OF 7
Finally, add the peeled and sliced apples. Bake for 45 minutes

Caramel: melt the sugar over low heat in a sufficiently large pot with a double bottom WITHOUT stirring

When it has melted enough, swirl the pot and then stir to incorporate the remaining solid pieces. Add the butter in cubes (it must be at room temperature)

At first, it seems like it's burning, but then it incorporates. Finally, off the heat, add the cream and turn the flame back on

Let it thicken slightly, then transfer to a container where it will set once cooled
