Ingredients
- Muffin
- Gluten-free flour schaer mix c
250g250g - Sugar
100g100g - Egg
1unit1unit - Yeast
1packet1packet - Vanillato taste
- Lactose-free milk
200mL200mL - Lactose-free butter
100g100g - Gluten-free ice cream cones
10units10units - Icing
- Lactose-free butter
200g200g - Powdered sugar
300g300g - Lactose-free milk
2tablespoons 2tablespoons - Dark chocolate chipsto taste
Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 5
Muffin: Mix sugar, flour, and yeast. Separately combine milk, eggs, and melted butter. Combine the two mixtures. Finally, add the chocolate chips.
- STEP 2 OF 5
Cover the cones with aluminum foil and make sure they stand upright (or "immerse" them in a baking dish filled with salt or, as I did, place them between the bars of the oven rack)

Fill the cones, not too much!! Bake at 180°C for 25 minutes Once cooled, add the icing

Icing: Combine all the ingredients and with a piping bag, apply the icing on the cooled muffins
- STEP 5 OF 5
Tips: To make them more delicious, you can add a layer of dark chocolate coating outside the cone once cooled
