100g100g - Eggs
2units2units - Gluten-free flour farabella pasta
200g200g - Starch
50g50g - Baking powder

1unit1unit - Lemon flavoring

Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 2
Mix the ricotta and sugar well until creamy. Add the eggs, yogurt, lemon zest, and lemon juice (the vial if desired).
- STEP 2 OF 2
Finally, add the sifted flour and baking powder. Mix lightly, the batter should be very coarse. Bake for 22 minutes at 180°C
