  • Starch50g
  • Baking powder6g
  • Lemon juice1unit
  • Lemon zest1unit
  • Lemon flavoring1vial

Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 2

    Mix the ricotta and sugar well until creamy. Add the eggs, yogurt, lemon zest, and lemon juice (the vial if desired).

  2. STEP 2 OF 2

    Finally, add the sifted flour and baking powder. Mix lightly, the batter should be very coarse. Bake for 22 minutes at 180°C
