Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 4

    Chop the popcorn with a mixer and combine with the oats. Add honey and peanut butter softened in a bain-marie.

  2. STEP 2 OF 4

    Add the salt and apricots. Place everything in a pan covered with plastic wrap and press down with a teaspoon. Leave in the fridge to harden.

  3. STEP 3 OF 4

    For the coating: Temper and place on the bars, mixing with a few finely chopped POP corn
