
Mix sugar, cinnamon, cloves, and baking powder. Then add cocoa and zest.
Combine honey and melted, but cooled, butter.
Alternately add flour and milk, and finally the salt.
Using a piping bag, form round shapes on a baking sheet with parchment paper and bake for 15 minutes.
Let cool and top with cream or jam.
Cover with the glaze made by melting butter and chocolate in a double boiler.
