- Nutrifree flour for gluten-free pastry
220g220g - Sugar
100g100g - Lactose-free butter
85g85g - Eggs
1unit1unit - Baking powder
1level teaspoon1level teaspoon - Vanilla extract
1teaspoon1teaspoon - Salt
1pinch1pinch - Lemon zest1/2 Lemon
- Fig jamto taste
- Coarsely chopped almonds

Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 4
Make a well with the flour and place the sugar, salt, egg, vanilla, zest, baking powder, melted and cooled butter in the center and start to incorporate.
- STEP 2 OF 4
Form a dough and let it rest for 10 minutes in the fridge. Roll out into rectangles and place the previously mixed jam and almonds on one side of the rectangle.

Cover and cut into cubes. Bake at 180°C for 15/20 minutes.
