  • Sugar100g
  • Lactose-free butter85g
  • Eggs1unit
  • Baking powder1level teaspoon
  • Vanilla extract1teaspoon
  • Salt1pinch
  • Lemon zest1/2 Lemon
  • Fig jamto taste
  • Coarsely chopped almonds150g

Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 4

    Make a well with the flour and place the sugar, salt, egg, vanilla, zest, baking powder, melted and cooled butter in the center and start to incorporate.

  2. STEP 2 OF 4

    Form a dough and let it rest for 10 minutes in the fridge. Roll out into rectangles and place the previously mixed jam and almonds on one side of the rectangle.

    Cover and cut into cubes. Bake at 180°C for 15/20 minutes.
