200g200g - Lactose-free butter
60g60g - Sugar
60g60g - Egg whites
66g66g - Vanilla extract
1heaping teaspoon1heaping teaspoon - Apricot or strawberry jamas needed
- Fresh fruit as desiredas needed
- Chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolateas needed
Preparation
- STEP 1 OF 3
Make a well with the flour and place the egg whites, vanilla, and melted but cooled butter in the center. Add the sugar and mix everything together.
- STEP 2 OF 3
Place in the fridge for a very short time (max 10m), roll out and add the jam, fruit, and chocolate.
- STEP 3 OF 3
Bake at 180°C for 20m I also made some small cookies with the remaining pastry to place on top
