  • Apricot or strawberry jamas needed
  • Fresh fruit as desiredas needed
  • Chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolateas needed

Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 3

    Make a well with the flour and place the egg whites, vanilla, and melted but cooled butter in the center. Add the sugar and mix everything together.

  2. STEP 2 OF 3

    Place in the fridge for a very short time (max 10m), roll out and add the jam, fruit, and chocolate.

    Bake at 180°C for 20m I also made some small cookies with the remaining pastry to place on top
