For the biscuit: Mix in a small container soft butter kept out of the fridge and sugar, add lemon drops, zest, and vanilla until everything becomes homogeneous.
Pour the eggs and finally the combined and sifted flours 180° for 30/35
For the cream: Whip the cream until very firm and add the honey. Add the condensed milk. If you want it more "solid" let it rest in the refrigerator for at least 2/3 hours.
Cut the biscuit and put the cream inside, then make rectangles. Place in the fridge and enjoy the next day with powdered sugar
