  • Le farine magiche gluten-free rice flour30g
  • Egg whites100g
  • Vanilla flavorto taste

Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 3

    Place the apple in a small bowl with very little water and cook it for 2 minutes in the microwave, then blend it with a hand blender.

  2. STEP 2 OF 3

    Separately, semi-whip the egg whites and add the vanilla and apple. Finally, add the two flours (the granola must be mixed and turned into flour). Use an electric mixer for everything.

  3. STEP 3 OF 3

    Then cook over moderate heat in a non-stick pan with a drop of oil "spread" with a napkin. If needed, cover with a lid for the first side's cooking.
