Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 4

    In a saucepan, combine flour and sugar and mix, then put on the heat with water (the flame should be low).

  2. STEP 2 OF 4

    Stir with a wooden spoon for at least 10 minutes until you get a smooth, gummy, and sticky mixture.

  3. STEP 3 OF 4

    Turn out onto a silicone mat well dusted with potato starch and work with a rolling pin to make rectangles.
