
Mash the ripe papaya into a pulp and heat it on the stove with sugar for a few minutes. Once cooled, add the yogurt. Place in the freezer for 2 hours.
Tips: It solidifies quite a bit, so before consuming, either mix it again or wait for it to soften a little.
