Combine warm milk and yeast. Then add the extract.
Mix the two flours and sugar together, then add the water and yeast.
After mixing everything with a fork, add the milk.
Knead by hand, using a little flour to prevent sticking to your hands.
Let rise for 1 hour. Add the chips, form the buns, and brush with milk and egg. 180°C for 25 minutes.
Covered with a cloth and food bag to keep them soft
