40g40g - Grated coconut
20g20g - Cocoa truffles
- Gluten and lactose-free cocoa cookies (goccefrolle al cacao)
80g80g - Lactose-free ricotta
40g40g - Lactose-free milk
20mL20mL - Unsweetened cocoa powder
8g8g - Vanilla flavor
1Vial 1Vial - For garnish
- Pistachio powder or granulesas needed
- Red granulesas needed
- Grated coconutas needed
Preparation

For all three, crumble the cookies and combine the ingredients until you create a homogeneous mixture to form spheres.

Once the spheres are made, roll them immediately in the granules so that they stick well while still moist from the preparation!
