A delicious tart inspired by the legendary Kinder bars, perfect for a tasty and irresistible dessert.
Combine the sifted flour with the baking powder, sugar, butter cut into small pieces, a pinch of salt, the whole egg, and grated lemon zest. Mix until you get a crumbly mixture.
Butter and flour a 20 cm springform pan.
Pour half of the crumb mixture into the pan.
Arrange the Kinder bars and cover with the remaining crumbs and chocolate chips.
Bake in a preheated static oven at 180 degrees on the lower rack for about 15 minutes covered with aluminum foil, then uncover and finish baking in the middle of the oven for another 10 minutes until golden.
