Melt the butter in the microwave and in the meantime finely chop the breadsticks.
Combine with the butter, pour into molds and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or in the freezer for 10 minutes.
In the meantime, prepare the mousse by blending the ham with the cheese.
Adjust with salt and pepper.
Remove the tartlets from the fridge, take them out of the mold and fill with the cream.
Decorate with breadstick crumbs and olives.
