A soft dessert, with a base of fluffy chocolate cake and a delicious cheese cream on top, along with plenty of sour cherry compote!
Separate the yolks from the whites and beat the whites until stiff peaks form.
In a bowl, blend the yolks with the sugar. Add the oil, water, sifted flour, baking powder, and cocoa.
Finally, gently fold in the egg whites with a spatula.
Pour the mixture into a rectangular pizza pan lined with parchment paper.
Prepare the cheese cream by mixing all the ingredients and blending until you get a soft and smooth cream.
Spoon the cream over the chocolate mixture.
Spread the sour cherry compote over the surface of the cake and use a toothpick to create a marbled effect.
Bake in a preheated fan oven at 160 degrees for 30 minutes.

If you don't have sour cherry compote, you can replace it with strawberries or raspberries. Great to serve as a dessert at the end of a meal.
