Preparation

Roll out the puff pastry.

Spread the chickpea cream in the center, leaving the edges free.
- STEP 3 OF 7
Cover with slices of ham, grilled vegetables, cheese slices, and more vegetables.
- STEP 4 OF 7
Spread more chickpea cream.
- STEP 5 OF 7
Make diagonal cuts on the edges of the pastry and close the strudel by braiding it.
- STEP 6 OF 7
Brush with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- STEP 7 OF 7
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25/30 minutes (or until the surface is nicely golden)
