Preparation

First, whisk the eggs with the sugar until you get a fluffy and frothy mixture. This will take at least 8 minutes. Add the dandelion syrup and milk. Continue mixing while adding the mascarpone by spoonfuls. Also, incorporate the flour previously sifted with the baking powder. Lastly, add the cleaned and chopped peaches. Pour everything into a 24 cm diameter cake pan and bake in a preheated fan oven at 170 degrees for 35 minutes. Once the baking is verified, remove from the oven and let it cool. If desired, you can sprinkle with powdered sugar. You will get a very soft cake with a unique flavor!
