First, separate the yolks from the whites and beat the whites. Set aside.
In the bowl with the yolks, add the sugar and beat for about 5 minutes. Also, incorporate the seed oil and lactose-free milk.
Add the rice flour and baking powder. Mix for a couple of minutes. Now it's time to gently fold in the egg whites, stirring from bottom to top to avoid deflating the batter.
Pour the batter into a 24 cm diameter cake pan and decorate with strawberries that have been cleaned and sliced. Bake in a preheated fan oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.
After the time has passed, check the doneness before removing from the oven. Once ready, let it cool slightly and sprinkle with powdered sugar as desired.
