800g800g - Maiorca flour
100g100g - Vanillato taste
Preparation

Dissolve the sugar with the 3 glasses of water over low heat
- STEP 2 OF 6
When it starts to thread, remove the pot from the heat
- STEP 3 OF 6
Add the almond flour, maiorca flour, and vanilla, and mix until the dough comes away from the pot all together
- STEP 4 OF 6
Pour the mixture onto a wet marble table
- STEP 5 OF 6
Once it has cooled, work it thoroughly with your hands

When it is smooth and compact, place it in molds and decorate as desired
