Preparation

  1. STEP 1 OF 5

    Cut the agar agar with scissors into pieces about 2.5 centimeters long

  2. STEP 2 OF 5

    Soak it in cold water and leave it for 8 hours

  3. STEP 3 OF 5

    After 8 hours pour everything into a pot and bring to a boil until the agar agar is completely dissolved

  4. STEP 4 OF 5

    Add the milk and the sugar and continue cooking for another 10 minutes, then stir in the almond extract, remove from the heat and pour the mixture into one or more molds about 3 centimeters deep

  5. STEP 5 OF 5

    When set, cut into cubes and serve
