    Preparation

    1. STEP 1 OF 4

      For the pancake: mix the flour with the egg, milk, butter, salt, and sugar; cook the mixture in a pan until the pancake forms

    2. STEP 2 OF 4

      For the stewed beans: remove the sausage skins and form meatballs; brown the beans in a pot with the oil and shallot, add the tomato sauce, season with salt, and finally add the sausage meatballs; continue until cooking is complete
