
The American-style pizza with peppers is a variation of the classic Italian pizza enriched with peppers and hot chilies. This pizza is loved worldwide for its spicy flavor and the abundance of melted cheese.





Preheat the oven to 220°C
Clean and slice the champignons and sauté them with two tablespoons of oil in a small saucepan
Add the tomatoes and stir
Brush a 20 cm diameter baking pan with oil
On a floured work surface roll out the dough and line the pan
Press firmly along the edges and raise them to form a depression
Prick the base with the tines of a fork and brush it with oil
Fill the dough with the mushroom sauce
Clean the bell pepper, removing the seeds and white membranes; also clean the sweet and hot peppers and cut them into strips
Arrange them over the sauce
Sprinkle with grated cheese, season with salt, and bake in the oven for twenty minutes

Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 2 days
