Preparation

Peel the apples, remove the core, and cut them into wedges
- STEP 2 OF 5
Generously butter a tart pan and sprinkle it with part of the sugar
- STEP 3 OF 5
Arrange the apples in the tart pan, sprinkle them with the remaining sugar, and pour the melted butter over them
- STEP 4 OF 5
Carefully cover with the pastry and bake at 220 degrees for about 30-40 minutes

Let the tart cool before turning it upside down so that the apples are on top
