Preparation

    Thaw the puff pastry

    Peel the apples and use a corer to remove the core

    In a bowl, mix the softened butter with the sugar and brandy

    Fill the apples with the cream obtained

    Roll out the puff pastry with a rolling pin to a thickness of 2 mm; divide it into six squares of about 12 cm each side and place an apple in the center of each

    Brush them with the beaten egg and bake them in the oven at 190 degrees on a buttered and floured baking sheet for about 40 minutes
