In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and cinnamon, then add (in this order): softened butter, flour, milk, Marsala wine, and finally the yeast.
Mix in the peeled and diced apples and mix again.
Pour the mixture into a baking pan, garnish with apple slices and a sprinkle of cinnamon, and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 1 hour.
