Apple crumble is a traditional British dessert made with a base of cooked apples and a crunchy topping of flour, sugar, and butter crumbs. The sweetness of the apples pairs perfectly with the slightly spicy flavor of cinnamon. Ideal to enjoy warm, accompanied by a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Cut the apples into thin slices
In a blender, put flour, sugar, cold butter in pieces, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, and the almonds
Blend everything at maximum speed
Spread half of the mixture on the bottom of a baking dish and arrange the apples on top, then add the other half of the mixture
Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes
