Apple crumble is a traditional British dessert consisting of a base of cooked apples and a crunchy topping of flour, sugar, and butter crumbs. The sweetness of the apples pairs perfectly with the slightly spicy flavor of cinnamon. Ideal to enjoy warm, accompanied by a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Cut the apples into thin slices
In a blender, place flour, sugar, cold butter in pieces, 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, and almonds
Blend everything at maximum speed
Spread half of the mixture on the bottom of a baking dish and place the apples on top, then the other half of the mixture
