Finely chop rosemary, sage, garlic, and lemon zest
Add oregano, chili pepper, salt, and 4 tablespoons of oil
Heat a large non-stick pan greased with oil
Cook the meat for 5 minutes on each side
Place the steaks on a serving platter and sprinkle them with the chopped mixture
