Preparation

    Remove the tough leaves, stem, and thorns from the artichokes; spread them open and soak them for a quarter of an hour in water acidulated with lemon juice

  2. STEP 2 OF 3

    Drain them and fill them with a mixture of breadcrumbs, parsley, chopped garlic, and rosemary leaves, abundant grated cheese, and a bit of pepper

  3. STEP 3 OF 3

    Place them upright in a pan close to each other, add the cleaned stems cut into pieces, drizzle each with a little olive oil, and fill the pan with water, letting it cook until the liquid has evaporated
