

Asparagus with anchovy is a delicious side dish typical of Italian cuisine. Fresh asparagus are cooked and dressed with anchovy fillets in oil, olive oil and salt. This dish pairs perfectly with meat or fish and can be served hot or cold.
Clean the asparagus, scrape the white part, wash them, tie them into bunches, cook them in boiling salted water until tender, drain them, untie them and arrange them on a serving plate
