The main ingredients are avocado, green tomatoes, celery heart and basil, enriched by toasted pine nuts and a dressing of olive oil and lemon. The result is a tasty and healthy side dish, rich in nutrients and with a unique flavor.

Wash and dry the tomatoes, celery and basil
Chop them into pieces and put them in the blender together with the pine nuts, olive oil and a pinch of salt
Blend for a few seconds until you obtain a thick cream, then place it in the refrigerator
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits and coat them with lemon juice
Fill the center of each with the sauce and serve
