Baccalà Brandato Alla Ligure is a tasty main course typical of Liguria. It is made with baccalà, potatoes, white onion, parsley, garlic, Taggiasca olives, lemon, homemade bread, and extra virgin olive oil. The baccalà is boiled and then blended with the potatoes, forming a soft and flavorful cream. It is enriched with white onion, parsley, and garlic for an even more intense taste. The Taggiasca olives and lemon juice add freshness to the dish, while the toasted homemade bread offers a pleasant crunch. Finally, the extra virgin olive oil completes the dish, giving it a rich and authentic flavor.
