Salted Cod Ligure Style is a tasty second course typical of Liguria. It is prepared with salted cod, potatoes, white onion, parsley, garlic, taggiasche olives, lemon, homemade bread, and extra virgin olive oil. The salted cod is boiled and then blended with the potatoes, forming a smooth and flavorful cream. It is enriched with white onion, parsley, and garlic for an even more intense taste. The taggiasche olives and lemon juice add freshness to the dish, while the toasted homemade bread provides a pleasant crunch. Finally, the extra virgin olive oil completes the dish, giving a rich and authentic flavor.
