

Bacon parcels are a delicious appetizer ideal for lovers of intense flavors. These crispy rolls are stuffed with a tasty mixture of ground meat, sausage, onion and Emmenthal cheese. Wrapped in crispy bacon slices and baked, they become irresistible. Serve them with a glass of dry white wine for a complete tasting experience.
Sauté the chopped onion in a little oil and butter, add the ground meat and crumbled sausage
Add wine, salt and pepper and cook for a few minutes
Stir in the grated Emmenthal and the egg
Cut the heads of endive in half, remove some inner leaves and fill them with the mixture, reassemble them and wrap each with a slice of bacon
Bake them in a buttered baking dish in the oven at 200°C
