

Baked Brussels sprouts are a delicious and easy-to-make side dish. The sprouts, roasted with butter, salt and pepper, become sweet and crispy. This recipe enhances the natural flavor of the sprouts and makes them irresistible.
Clean the sprouts by removing yellow or wilted leaves and trim any excess stem
Wash them and boil for 10 minutes in lightly salted water
Drain them and, without letting them cool, place them in a pan with salt, pepper and dollops of butter, cover and transfer to the oven at 180 degrees C to braise, turning them a couple of times for about 25 minutes
