Clean the Brussels sprouts by removing yellow or wilted leaves and trimming any excess stem
Wash them and boil for 10 minutes in lightly salted water
Drain them and without letting them cool, place them in a pan with salt, pepper, and butter in small pieces, cover and bake at 180 degrees, stirring a couple of times, for about 25 minutes
