    Preparation

    1. STEP 1 OF 6

      Sprinkle the fish steaks with lemon and salt them.

    2. STEP 2 OF 6

      Slice the carrots into rounds and the onion into wedges. Also cut the potatoes into wedges and separate some florets from the broccoli and cauliflower.

    3. STEP 3 OF 6

      In a baking dish, melt the butter and sauté the vegetables for about ten minutes, stirring constantly. Add salt and pepper.

    4. STEP 4 OF 6

      Place the fish steaks on top, cover the dish, and put it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes.

    5. STEP 5 OF 6

      In the last quarter of an hour, lower the temperature to 180 degrees.

    6. STEP 6 OF 6

      Remove from the oven, arrange the fish on a serving platter with the vegetables, and garnish with lemon slices. Serve.
