
Baked Cod with Vegetables

Preparation

Sprinkle the fish steaks with lemon and salt them.

Slice the carrots into rounds and the onion into wedges. Also cut the potatoes into wedges and separate some florets from the broccoli and cauliflower.

In a baking dish, melt the butter and sauté the vegetables for about ten minutes, stirring constantly. Add salt and pepper.
