Baked cod with vegetables is a delicious second course made of cod, bacon, and mixed vegetables. The vegetables are cut into julienne strips and cooked together with the fish, creating a colorful and tasty dish. The bacon adds a smoky flavor and the oven cooking makes the fish tender and succulent. Perfect to serve on any occasion!

Sprinkle the fish fillets with lemon and salt them.
Slice the carrots and onion into wedges. Cut the potatoes into wedges as well, and break off some florets from the broccoli and cauliflower.
In a baking dish, melt the butter and sauté the vegetables for about ten minutes, stirring constantly. Salt and pepper to taste.
Place the fish fillets on top, cover the dish, and put it in the preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes.
In the last fifteen minutes, reduce the temperature to 180 degrees.
Remove from the oven, arrange the fish on a serving platter with the vegetables, and garnish with lemon slices. Serve.
