Gratinated conchigliette are a delicious pasta dish enriched with olives, tuna and mozzarella. The pasta is cooked al dente and then tossed with a sauce made from tuna, olives, white wine and parsley. Finally, the dish is gratinated with breadcrumbs and cheese, creating a crunchy and irresistible crust.
Sauté the garlic in the oil, add the crumbled tuna and let it absorb the flavors; deglaze with the wine and let it evaporate, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Cook the conchigliette al dente, toss them with the prepared sauce and transfer to a baking dish. Arrange sliced mozzarella on top, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake until gratinated.
