

Baked Fish is a delicious main course based on tuna enriched with potatoes, tomatoes, onion and Mediterranean herbs. The marinade with garlic, paprika, cumin and black pepper gives the fish an intense flavor. Ideal to enjoy hot, it is a light and nutritious dish.
Wash and peel the potatoes then slice them into rounds about 1 cm thick
Peel the onion and tomatoes, wash the lemon and slice the ingredients into thin rounds
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees
Arrange the bay leaves and thyme on the bottom of a baking dish
Place the potatoes on top, then the onions and finally the tomatoes
Mix together the pepper, paprika, cumin, salt and oil
Spread everything in the baking dish, decorating with lemon slices
Bake the vegetables in the oven for 45 minutes
Meanwhile prepare the marinade: peel and crush the garlic, then add paprika, pepper, cumin and salt
Let the fish steaks marinate in this sauce for 30 minutes
After the vegetables have been in the oven for 45 minutes, place the fish steaks on top, pour over all the marinade, return to the oven for another 15 minutes, then serve
