Preparation

Cut the lamb into pieces, rinse and dry it
- STEP 2 OF 5
Place it in a container and season with oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary. Peel the potatoes, cut them into pieces, and season them in another container with rosemary, oil, salt, and 1 clove of garlic. Let it rest for at least 30 minutes (the longer the marination, the more tender the lamb will be)

Grease a baking dish with a few tablespoons of oil and arrange the lamb and potatoes in it

Add the finely chopped onion and drizzle with wine. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for at least 40 minutes
