Baked potatoes in foil with yogurt are a delicious lemon-flavored side dish. The potatoes are baked in foil together with a cream and low-fat yogurt mixture, which makes them soft and creamy. The lemon adds a note of freshness and the parsley and chives add aroma and color. Serve hot and tasty.

Wash the potatoes very well, dry them and with a sharp knife make a lengthwise cut at the top
Insert into the opening two pats of butter, salt and pepper
Wrap each potato in a square sheet of aluminum foil, place them on a baking tray and bake in a preheated oven at 220 degrees Celsius for about 40 minutes
Meanwhile prepare the sauce: in a bowl mix the yogurt with the cream, the chopped chives, a sprig of chopped parsley and dilute everything with the lemon juice strained through a sieve; season with salt
When cooked, arrange the foil parcels slightly opened on a warmed serving plate, drizzle the potatoes with a teaspoon or more of the sauce and serve the remaining sauce separately in a sauceboat
