The sea bream is cooked inside a parchment parcel, together with fresh aromatics like parsley and rosemary, which give an irresistible fragrance to the dish. Spread a sheet of aluminum foil on the table and place the fish on it
Salt and pepper it, insert a sprig of rosemary; drizzle it generously with olive oil and lemon juice beaten together, sprinkle with chopped parsley
Close the parcel, place it on a baking tray and put it in a hot oven
Cooking time is on average 15 minutes for every half kilo
