    Preparation

    1. STEP 1 OF 5

      Wash and dry the sea bream; preheat the oven to a high temperature

    2. STEP 2 OF 5

      Peel the onion and garlic; wash the parsley; finely chop everything, season with salt and pepper and mix; fill the cavity of the sea bream with this mixture

    3. STEP 3 OF 5

      Cut the lemon into thin slices and halve them

    4. STEP 4 OF 5

      Make cuts along the fish's back and insert the lemon slices into them

    5. STEP 5 OF 5

      Butter a baking dish and place the sea bream in it; salt and pepper it and dot with small knobs of butter; splash with the wine and bake in a hot oven for about 35 minutes
