Wash and dry the sea bream; preheat the oven to high temperature
Peel the onion and garlic; wash the parsley; finely chop everything, add salt and pepper, and mix; stuff the inside of the sea bream with this mixture
Cut the lemon into thin slices and divide in half
Make a slit on the back of the fish and insert the lemon slices
Grease a baking dish and place the sea bream inside; season with salt and pepper and top with small pieces of butter; moisten with the wine and bake in a hot oven for about 35 minutes
